1. Each passenger is allowed to carry one personal item and one carry-on bag.

Checked Baggage

1. Each passenger is allowed to carry a maximum checked baggage of 23 kg of baggage.

Excess Baggage

1. Every baggage weighing more than 23 kg will be charged 10 Euros per extra kilo.
2. Each passenger is only permitted a maximum combined weight of 50 kg of total luggage and each piece of baggage can weigh a maximum of 32 kg.

Allows Sports Equipment:

1. The passengers can take equipment such as skis, snowboards, golf clubs, bicycles, surfboards, and windsurfing equipment at a rate of 45 Euros per piece.

4. Flight cancellation will not be applicable on connecting flights of a different carrier included in the booking. 
5. After making the cancellation request, the passengers will get the eligible refund within 7-10 business days. All the refunds will be processed in the original payment method.
